The Gilroy Arts Roundtable (GAR) aims to create a network of artists, local residents, and community leaders to build the capacity of the Gilroy arts community, establish trust between sectors and communities in Gilroy, and develop ways for the arts to be a part of a strong and healthy Gilroy. As a peer support network, artists, civic leaders, business owners, and others come together to understand each other’s strengths and challenges, build relationships, share resources, establish partnerships, and raise a collective voice for the arts.
The GAR meets on the last Wednesday of each month at different locations around the city. It is open to anyone who creates art or values and cares about the role of arts in Gilroy and the surrounding region. To join the GAR mailing list, please email Alexandra Urbanowski.
