For over 30 years, SVCREATES, formerly Arts Council Silicon Valley, has provided unrestricted operating grants to small and mid-sized nonprofit arts organizations in Santa Clara County. SVCREATES offers these grants, in collaboration with the County of Santa Clara and other funding partners, to support the diverse range of cultures and disciplines represented in Santa Clara County’s arts ecosystem.
This annual grant program focuses on helping to build capacity and resilience in arts groups with deep relationships with local audiences, programs relevant to those audiences, and strategies to serve historically marginalized populations.
